• Two Hundred Fifty dollar deposit:
  • refundable pre-puppy choice (-10% for Recommendations Pamphlet and paperwork/time fees as of January 31, 2010) 
  • non-refundable post puppy choice (if you have chosen a puppy and change your mind, your deposit is non-refundable-but remains in place until you are able to choose again.  You will also be moved to the bottom of the depositor group as of the date of decision.)
• Choice of puppy if a puppy is available that has not been chosen by any pre-depositor, deposit secures that puppy for you.  Once you have chosen your puppy, you will be sent the health guarantee which also serves as an invoice and requires your signiture. 

 Information:                                                   

• Please note:  all our puppies are seen normally two to three times before they ever leave to come to you for well-puppy check-ups. 
• All will also come with a veterinarian health certificate.
• All come with a full vaccination record. 
• We worm at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 weeks.
• We give 5-way vaccinations at 6 and 8 weeks.
• We give Bordetella vaccination at 7 weeks.
•  We do preventative Albon and Panacur regimen to help defer any stress-onset Giardia or Coccidia and thus rarely see those issues.
• We give all puppies their initial heart worm prevention of Interceptor.
• We use Revolution or Frontline Plus (depending on the time of year) and do not have issues with ticks, fleas or ear mites.
• We vaccinate and worm all our adult dogs; and we also use the Revolution or Frontline Plus so our entire doggie house is parasite, mite and protozoan free!!!
• We normally bathe our puppies weekly from week 6 forward.
• We are touching, loving, nurturing, and embedding the human affection with each and every puppy from the first moments of life!!!
• Potty training is initiated with us, but they do NOT come to you potty trained.
• Crate training is initiated with a crate that has the door removed for the puppy and mommy to come and go at their leisure. They are coming to crate trained, which means when an appropriate sized crate is used, they will not piddle in their crate.
• They can normally hold their bowel and bladder all night long by 10 weeks of age, which means less sleep deprivation for you and your family.
• We do not, will not and HATE the use of stack cages.  Many "so called crate trained puppies" come from "stack cages", ours are NOT!  Look them up online and you will agree to hate them along with me, I feel certain. :-(
• Our puppies are simply, truly and lovingly unforced in crate training, it feels like the instinctual "den" and not a forced entrapment.   They go in and out at their desire. 
• At 10 weeks the puppies can sleep all night in their crate without going pooh-pooh or pee-pee. 
• Crate at night during potty training gives a jump-start to potty training in your new environment.
• With Cavapoo's they are too gentle hearted to crate during the day...it breaks their heart and can cause puppy depression, which will present itself is several different ways.  Our pamphlets give wonderful recommendations for day containment when not in your immediate presence.
• Our dogs and puppies are loved and it shows!!!

Payment: 

• Within the continental US:  $275.00 - shipping puppy alone via pet cargo.  American Airlines will be our flight carrier of choice.  Includes hard shell crate...with Wednesday, Friday and Saturday's being the shipping days. 
• On any other days, an additional $75.00 fee will be added.  New Adoptive Owners will pick up puppy at pet cargo terminal upon arrival.  They will need to contact the airport their puppy is flying into to find the exact location to pick up their new puppy.  Puppies normally do very well in Pet Priority Cargo. 
• Nanny Transports:  Varies estimate from $375.00 (when divided by two adopting families having puppies transported to the same location) to $800.00+ (one puppy alone with us on board) & we will personally fly to you with your newly adopted pet on board with us, so they will never be alone during stressful flying times; we can all be certain that they are walked, held, watered, fed, and tended to as we would want them to be.   Fee includes: actual round-trip flight, puppy flight ticket one way, parking, fuel to airport, meals, overnight room (when applicable) and flight health certification included, so the actual amount will very.   New Adoptive Owners or persons designated by them are to meet us at the airport unless other arrangements are made in advance.  
• $75.00 - meeting you at Tulsa International Airport and you fly home with your puppy.  We will assist you with information on what you will need to make in the way of arrangements with the airlines.  Most straight city to city (non-stop) flights do not allow pets on board.  So arrangements need to be made in advance to eliminate undesired issues with the airport. 
• Meeting you half way: the charge is $75.00 for every three hours of travel time, the hours are counted for our full round trip to meet you and back home.  Example:  We were to meet you in Tulsa, it is 1 1/2 for us to get to Tulsa and another 1 1/2 to get home, and thus it is a three hour round trip and a $75.00 charge.   We will charge per travel time as stated by: www.mapquest.com rounded to the nearest hour that is the fairest way we know to calculate it.  It is, thus, $25.00 a travel hour when broken down.   If it is more than four hours one way, an additional $100.00 fee is added to cover a hotel stay, and again for every four hours one way thereafter. 
• Outside the continental US:  mileage to/from airport + crate + all actual airline fees - pet must be accompanied by adoptive person, person designated by adoptive person or us.  Much planning is done to accomplish a smooth transition for puppy. 
• We will do our best to work with your schedule and appreciate everyone working with us when multiple parties are involved. 
• Our normal travel/shipping days will be Wednesday, Friday and Saturday's.  This will on occasionally vary with ticketing fees; we are always searching for the best booking fares to make this affordable. 
• Contact us for further information and we will work hard to get your puppy to you as smoothly and stress free as possible - no matter where you live.
• Frequent flier miles can often be used for yourself or us to fly in either direction to off-set cost.
• We travel to you all the way, estimates and fees vary, will be calculated upon request.
